Cancellation Policy

There will be a Dr consultation prior to your initial visit. This consult will be $25 additional fee and may be more depending on health concerns. Some patient specific medications may cost more for the consult fee. This fee will happen every 3-6 months depending on your health or if you have changes in your health. There will be a $10 cancellation/no show fee applied if you cancel less than 1 hour before your appointment or fail to show.
